Deluxe Dry Cleaners

I took in a winter jacket for cleaning,I was very impressed by the job that was done.The lady working the desk was pleasant and helpful first time customer will definitely use this business again

I sent my duvet to be dry washed for the first time, according to them, they followed the instructions on the label, however, the duvet was returned to me totally damaged, lumpy. I can't use it anymore. When I talked to them, they indicated that it was not their fault, that they had followed the instructions and did not take responsibility for their mistake at any time. They only wrote a letter indicating that they had followed the instructions on the label, which did not help at all.

Clothes came back stained, smelly, and un-ironed. Helpful customer service did apologize and provide us with a refund though.

This is the most terrible customer service experience I've ever had with dry cleaners. I dropped off my suits that I urgently needed for the next day, the lady promised me 10:00 AM, $4.85/suit (ironing only). When I returned the next morning to pick them up, they were not ready and were not going to be until 4:00 PM! I was completely disappointed, the girl blamed the lady and said she was new and that she should've never promised me 10:00 AM. She said I could complain to the Manager. When I called the Manager, he was a total jerk and asked me if I had it in writing what the first lady had told me! He said I should be careful next time. He was arrogant, rude, and not a single word of apology or understanding. Instead, he blamed me for not reading the signs but trusting his staff instead!

Excellent service ! I had turmeric stains on two pieces of clothing and had tried everything to get it out. I took it in and within a couple business days got it back looking brand new ! Will definitely be using this company again !
